When the beloved Halifax chef isn’t dreaming up ideas for one of his restaurants, Chives or 2 Doors Down, he can be found scavenging for local ingredients and crafting recipes for his latest book. Flinn is not only neighbourhood food star, but has been recognized outside of Canada for his expertise in taste. But this laidback chef isn’t going anywhere soon (we’re hoping never)—he prides himself on keeping it local and supporting those who wanna kick in the Maritimes.
