Most people will tell you that the key to a good Caesar Salad is the dressing—it’s got to be creamy enough, tangy enough and, of course, garlicky enough. In this case it seems likely that the key is quantity. The Eastside Marios salad is good, but what makes it great is the bottomless bowl. How many times have you ordered the pasta just to fill up on salad and bread, and taken the entree home? Yeah, I thought so.
