If you ask Zane Kelsall why he loves coffee, he’ll respond with, “How long do you have?” As co-owner of Two If By Sea and passionate java lover, Kelsall finds it hard to pin his love for coffee down. “I love making coffee because it’s a beverage that has the ability to totally smash every preconceived notion you have of it every time you drink it,” he says. For him, roasting beans is a craft as much as it is a profession. So if you love anything half as much as Kelsall loves coffee, you’re in good shape.
