Just below the Halifax Citadel, there’s an old-timey barbershop that offers old-fashioned razor cuts and sleek hair fashions in a 137-year-old room. But since Sailor Bup’s won Best Barbershop, and since owner Mark Peyton nabbed Best Barber last year, as well, you probably already knew that. This year, the business announced an expansion to Dartmouth so there are now two places to get that one-of-a-kind service.
