And on the seventh day

To The Coast,

Some of us don't need to visit the big box stores and shop 'til we drop on Sundays, but it sure would be nice to be able to buy groceries when we want to, not when the government tells us we have to. Our weekdays are packed, and I really don't think the world as we know it would fall apart if we could get our groceries, buy a bottle of wine and maybe go to Canadian Tire!

Don't forget that the Sunday shopping vote was pretty close. As our daughter says as we run madly through the grocery store between work, homework, rehearsals, ballet practice, etc., "the people who don't want Sunday shopping are just being selfish and not thinking about those of us who need it."
