        <![CDATA[I am writing in response to “Bawdy crimes” (News by Lizzy Hill, August 12), respecting the new regulations that provide a punishment of up to five years in prison for sex workers who share a workspace or work from home, and make keeping a “common bawdy house” a serious offence for the purposes of the organized crime provisions. <p>
Your article states that the changes are awaiting approval by Parliament; unfortunately, this was a change to regulations and doesn’t require a vote of Parliament, and was done unilaterally by the Conservative government, without any community consultation.&hellip;
