WHat we need in this country for every election is a voting box placed on the last position at the bottom of the ballot that says "None of the Above"

And if "None" gets the most votes we find a stray cat & give it the position , Surely someone would love to take the councillor pay to care for the cat & make sure it gets to all meetings !
