      <![CDATA[I just find it absolutely amazing that a multi-million dollar settlement was "approved" at a meeting, called with just a few days notice, where the terms of the settlement weren't provided to members in advance of the meeting. Making it even more insane is that a hand vote was conducted and no one can give a figure beyond "more than half were in favour" of the result.
