yes!! and also we cyclists pay taxes as well, so i'm pretty sure we have the right to use like any lane we want. surprise motorists: it's not just taxes on gas that pay for the roads hehe
if your MRI is urgent your doctor could have and should have expedited it. if your case is more pressing than routine MRIs the technicians and staff should be notified of the urgency so they can take appropriate action.
