A good friends girlfriend just moved to Halifax from Vancouver. She's a pastry chef and had a job lined up before she arrived. She literally arrived Sunday and started working on Monday. Maybe it's time to take one of those SH_ jobs so that you can pay to improve your skill set. It's not easy but it yields better results than whining online.
