This is good news for Halifax.
It is time for Mr. Kelly to sit back, reflect on this past term and what he has done wrong as a leader in this city. It is time for him to work in the private sector and experience what it is like to observe politicians undermine the public confidence by illegal and unethical behaviour (yeah - it's going to happen again), to finally understand why his illegal actions in the ticket scandal, deceitful behaviour towards the Occupy Halifax protests, and attempts to stifle public access to council with in-camera meetings did so much to undermine civic government and the public's confidence.
