Re: “Sheng's Chinese Restaurant”
Won't be going back, over-priced and terrible service. Menu says create your own combo: "any 3 items + egg roll" but that's not what it means. Our very confused waitress was inexperienced and she handed out bowls to another table by inserting her fingers into each one - not very clean for those eating. Another waitress took the menus away from diners and walked away before they had even ordered.
