I used to eat at Tom's at least twice a week, and have no idea how this restaurant has garnered the #1 spot, and the only thing I can attribute it to is the lack of competition in the area. Their food quality has declined considerably and their prices have gone up. Take it from me, someone who ate their at least 100 times per year in the previous two years, I've been there once in the last 4 months, 2-3 times in the previous 4months (and only because there aren't many places in the area to choose from) and I'm continually disappointed and asking myself why I keep trying....lol. Old habits die hard, they used to have reasonably priced great food. Now the food is just okay (and at times terrible) and way overpriced for the poor quality. I *never* mind paying for GOOD food. This isn't the place. Their breakfast is still pretty tasty - but you end up paying $5 plus tax on top of your breakfast for a couple of cups of coffee
