Hi all. We also had the same problem. We placed our order in November and paid a substantial deposit. We were on these guys often for status updates, which we were given, and the manufacturer always got blamed for the delays. Two weeks ago, fed up and frustrated with my phone calls not being returned and emails bouncing back, I called the manufacturer directly. We learned our order was only placed by Urban Home to the manufacturer in mid-February (two and a half months late) and never was started by the manufacturer because they never got paid themselves, so we were being lied to for over 3 months by Urban Home! Thankfully, we were able to get our deposit back a few days ago.
