Family Restaurant?? Not very family friendly I am afraid. A week before my wife's 60th Bday I arranged for 30 family members to eat at Toms. Big mistake here. 3 Times I checked with them before we showed up and when we did, they had two tables for 12 set up. I spoke to 4 different people and NO ONE acted to correct the situation until I spoke to the owner and even then I had to move tables myself, while my family stood around waiting.
This is not a restaurant you want to plan a family gathering around unless you want to be very dissappointed like my wife and I were.
PS: if you order the scallops (which are good) don't expect anything more than a dry, baked potato with no trimmings.
Service was slow but waitresses were pleasant and did what the could after having been let down by management.
