Typical slumlord behaviour,just like the older Korean couple with the laundromat on Barrington Street. I'm worried about the beautiful old wooden building on Gottingen being empty-an excuse to tear it down? Slumlords and their "fuck you-I can do what I want" attitude. And they get away with it because they feel they owe the larger community nothing and the Tenancy Act is written completely for the needs of the property owner,not the tenant. Bunch of bastards! I'm sick of it...
