Disclaimer: I am a friend of Bill's.
That being said, he treats every customer like a friend and puts everyone at ease with his upbeat, good-natured banter. And if you want to talk sports, he is the only local sportscaster I know that also slings drinks. And by this point, the excellent Margaritas, daiquiris and cocktails are really just a bonus.
