Went with a friend yesterday and had the absolute best seafood chowder I have ever eaten (and it's my favourite soup). My friend felt the same. Its under new management now and the original quality is coming back. It was all we could eat, but the luncheon specials looked exceptional. This might well become one of the best restaurants in the city. Definately five stars.
