Yes this is about Bob Gee's case, Maders Tobacco. Also, apparently the Coast won't let you name judges by name - interesting. You'd think if a judge can make a ridiculous ruling, the public should be allowed to call them out on their bullshit. So not only can we not see tobacco products, we can't name judges, either...
Halifax 1984-2012... Food for thought

Welcome to a city designed and constructed from the 18th century onwards...
Luckily for them years of service trumps good service and being good at the job, every time...
All his best friends call him Leonard
Based on the reiviews here I had to try them, I'm only a block away.
Good points:
Donairs! So good. High quality meat, no little bits but full slices and fresh, wrapped up very neatly in a paper wrapper - actually able to eat it without getting (too) messy!
Garlic Fingers: I know these are pretty standard and you'd think hard to screw up - these guys put others to shame. The cheese is stringy and wonderful, the pizza bread absolutely delicious! Yum.
Staff/Owners: Really friendly! Always nice, and surprisingly rare.
Mediocre:
Pizza: Kind of like those other pizza joints that dont make their own crust - like the pies you pick up at sobeys to make your own pizza at home. I like it bready, this definately wasn't. Still, very decent helping of high quality toppings!
Not so good:
No debit on delivery. Not a big knock - those machines are expensive, and when they break I hear they are a pain to get fixed. I am only a block away so it's good to get some exercise before a meal like this anyway ;) And hey, they have debit at the store so its all good. Just something to be aware of if ordering for delivery.
All in all, a great experience, me and my son had a great feed!
Re: “Charter ruling”
If I'm on the margins of society Montreal man, I'd love to know where it is you lie. Well within sight of your pompous ass, and bulbous nose, I'm sure. Did you get my shipment of real NY bagels yet?
What a schnook.
