we did try to get ahold of you - no luck. After two months of no contact, we closed your account. Sorry, but a call from you at anytime to let us know about your situation would have solved all of this. We tried. It's not in our best interest to close anyone's subscription file. We want more customers, but if we haven't heard from an account holder for more than two months and have tried to contact them, we close it.
