I don't think they made cuts to the $3,000 annual support to the SPCA for the enforcement of animal cruelty.

The province just thinks that that is enough to cover 18,000 complaints and rescuing over 5,000 animals!

I guess they think 5¢ a complaint investigation and 41¢ an animal rescue is PLENTY! They're non-profit....right?

The rest of us only have life preservers.....and you want a whole RAFT given to you?!.......just kidding.

There are only 2 ways out.....
1. Move to.....lets say.......Alberta and you'll make more money and pay less tax.......so there's enough left over to satisfy yourself.
2. Devote yourself into a position where you make SO MUCH MONEY......there's enough left over to satisfy yourself.
(or a blend of the 2)

Bitching about it won't do shit! You gotta build that raft yourself buddy.

It's because of birth control they couldn't keep the ranks up. Not enough reproducing. That's why they were against it.......they could see that coming. That and the lessening choice of children to molest. Slim pickings.
