suck it up op. at least they are outside and not filling their house with second hand smoke.
Chile01 sorry to hear about your mom's dog.
I only asked because I see dogs in this area that are always without a leash from puppy on up.
umm what was the pup doing on the street
Folding the stroller was something that you did when getting on the bus when my kids older kids where young. You unpacked it, untied all the grocieries from the handle (didn't matter about the weather) took the child out and like a pack mule you got on. I fully support the driver on this one.
I still travel with young ones and still do this.
BTW I know its hard not to judge the (what looks like) older kids in strollers too but please remember that not all big kids are older. I would find it very hard to keep my 1 yr old walking eventhough he is the size of a 3 year old (not fat just tall and built). Having said that he sits on the bus and could/would not be able to play rock, paper, sissor with a police officer as the article in the paper stated these young (babies) kids did.
blame the driver for allowing it. They were given the right to refuse or ask them to fold them up, if it is an issue for other people on the bus. When mine were young you had to fold up the stroller and carry everything on the bus. That changed when the busses became wheelchair accessible. As for big kids, well did you ask how old the child was or are you assuming? My neighbours kid is not even 2 yet but the size of a 4 year old.
Having said all that, I agree with get a smaller stroller and wait until the end to get on, if there is room.
if it bothers you in your class by all means skip it and do classwork instead. No one is making you celebrate it. Like you said do what you want at school and do what you want at home. Comparing religion and parenthood is like apples and oranges, not to mention how alot of people disagree with that too. Having said that Mothers Day is not even on a school day. It is always on a Sunday. Are you teaching Sunday school? Now go put on your big girl panties and remind yourself that you are lucky you were not one of the teachers that were fired. Go on, your dismissed
the wrong way to cross the road
don't tell me I shouldn't wait.
