To those who love to use that stupid catch phrase ... Are you all daft ?
We allow 25000+ babies/children that have been born .... no one aborted these children... to die each year in Africa alone for a simple lack of medications which would cost no more than .50 cents a child !
We are in wars, police actions, conflicts in more than 60 places on this globe right now leading to the deaths of thousands of men woman & children.
What do a majority of the so called caring religious people do in our societies? They waste our focus on, picking on women who feel they do not wish to attempt to carry a fetus to term.
THere are far larger problems in the world that really need to be fixed.
And just an FYI to those self righteous assholes who claim "their" tax dollars are paying for abortions ....well the person who is getting an abortion is also a tax payer & there are tax supported infrastructure, you use ,that they don't wish to support either .

In answer to the person who mentioned ...what about 'dad's' rights ... he has none, there is no 'baby' to be the dad of yet !
I have always believed that each of us as indiviuals should be free to make decissions for ourselves.
Right or wrong opinions on these decissions does not IMO enter into this right.
Those who believe that abortion is wrong, I have no problem with that .
If ever you are gang raped, abused or told having a child will probably kill you & you still decide you are going to do so ...so be it , that is your decission & IMO, YOU should be allowed to do as you wish.
If you simply forgot to put a condom on & now you need to have that pesky little fetus removed , IMO YOUR decission & you should not only be allowed to make that decission, you should have access to all the medical help you need ... just like the person who decides to carry the fetus to term.
There are far too many people sticking their noses way too far into the business of others , with Government becoming way too big a participant in this as well these days ....

Well OB, that really caught my eye ! With this opening statement you point out what IMO is the biggest problem in our Society today .
The belief one is entitled to free "everything you can think of" ,given to them by the government ...without ANY thought what so ever for the very simple fact GOVERNMENT has nothing to give .... they make nothing, they produce absolutley nothing, they are what is sucking the lifeblood out of everyone/everything that actually is doing something productive.
Then they take these "taxes" & redistribute it how They Feel it needs to be spent. Making sure they take a nice big cut for themselves & a solid gold pension plan to boot .... just to make sure they don't have to go a begging for a handout later, they are taking it NOW !
One thing for sure to remember in this life. If you are robbing Peter to pay Paul ....you can always count on support from Paul ! Taxpayers should not be paying for higher education. We should not be paying for excessive Government ... We should not be bailing out Private businesses & c'mon everyone does N.S. really need 50 + MLA's for a Province of 900,000 people ? Multiple Health Authorities for a population this small, multiple schoolboards & on & on & on We need less government , less laws & stupid rules ... like the latest & greatest ruling by our courts on a business man who owns a tobacco shop. While the Government hold the keys to the alcohol sales in this Province ! ! ! The hypocrasy is immense & all the Paul's & Paulettes out there are clamouring for more for free & more more more for me screw who has to pay for it , with fewer & fewer Peter's & Petra's left who actually pay for it all !

I pulled into a strip mall parking lot the other day & my 4x4 3/4ton pick up was on the line on the drivers side & it was on the line on the passenger side as well !
The darn space wasn't as wide as my truck ...solution back up put one line directly under the centre of my truck ...AHHHH room to open the doors ~:D .

Oh yeah an FYI , bring something to stand on if you want to stick yer ass on my door handle, its 48 & 1/4 inch off the ground (& yeah I just went out & measured it) & my ass (I'm 6'1") is 37 & 3/4 inches off the floor ...& I just measured that as well, so you'd be close to a foot away if you are my height . So unless yer 7 ft tall or better bring a soap box to stand on.....as for hitting it with the cart who bloody cares, its a worktruck with a rack on it & more scratches & dings from me & the guy's loading stuff in & out of the back of 'er over the sides ...I probably wouldn't even notice .
You know it just might be I do that ,so I can open & close my doors without damaging OTHER peoples new cars !

Is there anything more terrifying than seeing a majority of adults so completely braindead, that a game attracts & holds their attention. Every year its the same BS here in Canada, you see it constantly in the USA baseball, football, Nascar, let us not forget the World sport Soccer !
With so much going on wrong in this world ... millions allow the elite to not only distract them , but they actually believe who wins a game is somehow important ! No wonder this world has billions in poverty & desperation while a few have it all. Using the same old formula of distract the masses, give them just enough to survive on , & of course some form of " entertainment " ! The Romans did it, the Egyptians, Greeks, ...as long as the unwashed keep slaving away servicing the machine , do as their told when their told & turn over their tithes/taxes with a bit of grumbling allowed but too much & its imprisonment or death at the hands of the legal system presently in use to 'protect' us all & for the good of society (who exactly is this society person ?? who are these public people I hear of .

Took some very close friends here on Saturday. I made a reservation & were seated upstairs. The wait staff were amazing, knowledgable and they slid in & out of our presence with barely a ripple. The food was great, there was nothing to complain about. If I had a complaint it was that the clamari came with a marinara sauce either on it or you get it on the side, like I did. I am one who likes my calamari with tatziki ... so not a complaint against the resturant,just a little personal preference. Which we were informed by our server that IF I had told the staff member that I made my reservation with, that I would like tatziki sauce with my calamari, they would have specially made it for me ~:)
Wine by the bottle was very affordable & the whole dining experience including a generous tip was under $300.00
PS I finished my meal with one of their 2 ounce Ports...very nice... ask questions of your server, they are very knowledgable & the advice ours gave over wine choice, dessert & port choice were spot on !
