I'm thinking the feral cats may help control the mice and rats. I've seen them around the Infirmary. Others have had mice run about their feet in an unnamed restaurant. Bring on the cats!

I agree with TT on this. Blame the owners, not the dogs! Too many people out there are irresponsible, lazy and should never own a dog. I feel bad for these animals.

Jail isn't just about punishment or rehabilitation sometimes. If we lock up a 16 year old rapist or murderer for more than a year of house arrest, maybe, just maybe, one less girl will be raped or one less senior citizen will be beaten to death in a home invasion for a few years at least. Oh, I forgot that the rights of criminals are more important than victims or potential victims in Canada. Killing someone is far different than stealing a bicycle or smashing windows.
