Every time I go to moksha I end up feeling awesome about myself the instructors always help with any issues I have and are happy to answer questions. For example Ive injured my knees and lots of things can cause me pain, but they work through it with me even when I get frustrated with myself. I was weary about hot yoga and how lots of people think its sort of insane but i really like it. I get the whole relaxing bit and a workout at the same time, which when your as busy and as much of a worry wart as me is a blessing.
