Repaint them in the fall, costs money but the lines would be visible at this time next year. It is past time to eliminate that crosswalk because the crosswalk at Thistle is 100 feet away, traffic would move quicker but the little darlings would have to walk a little further.
why in the sweet fuck is this not complete yet?
TELL ME THE ACCURATE TIME THE BUS WILL GET HERE
this is awesome. I don't know about 90 000 awesome.... but awesome none-the-less.
Not for long!
Jelly beans! Om nom nom...
as of monday afternoon, the holes have been filled in with what looks like black jelly beans. Very cool.
I felt that I should inform Bigelow that methane gas is not the culprit for the smell, it is an odorless gas.
Ouch. Resize the photo!
...and STILL up - saw it a couple days ago on the 51 (bus#1105).
This sign is still up. I saw it yesterday morning on the 80.
I'm with you!http://www.thecoast.ca/Elist-1705.112113-7445.113118-p17561.112113_Unreadable_bus_schedule_Highfield_bus_terminal.html
We have some seriously cranky people in this city!
If anyone finds this intersection confusing, they shouldn't be driving!
I saw this the other day at the zellers in mic mac mall too .is it really expired or just done a year ahead of time
Hey - it's an eyesore. I think it's valid to point out aesthetic dysfunction in our fair city. And the candycane-shaped pipes are a better solution than burned sod with metal barriers around...
Steam traps are all along Morris St, from DAL to the old nurse's residence. You'll see the candy cane-shaped steel pipes along the route and they are the trap vents. A steam trap helps ensure steam, and not the condensate, makes it to the destination.DAL took this step after the old residence was left without central boilers when the infirmary closed down it's heating plant next door. The QEII boiler room also supplies Citadel High and now the museum.Still not sure why the Coast gets off by blowing minor issues into such a big deal. Can't find any real problems to point out?
Hear hear. I bet the Heritage fruitcakes battled endlessly to "save" this "piece of history", and now that they've made their point, they'll do absolutely nothing to get it restored or used for anything, while they are off fighting their Holy War against anything over 4 stories proposed to be build on some empty lot.

Re: “Abandoned car in Scotia Square parking garage”
And this is a valid concern?? Its parked on private property and the Sobeys-owned Crombie isn't really concerned about it so why is a citizen all upset? And why the fuck did the Coast waste space publishing this crap? If the complainant doesn't like Scotia Square's parkade he's more than free to find alternate parking spaces elsewhere.
