The
Imagine Bloomfield Society is hosting an outdoor spring fair on Sunday, May 16 from 12 noon to 4pm. It’ll take place at the
Bloomfield Centre (2786 Agricola Street at Almon). Expect fun family activities, representation from businesses that focus on ecological and green gardening practises, native plant and heirloom seed sales, arts and crafts, plenty of food from healthy/organic/gourmet vendors and north end non-profit groups will have a presence. Imagine Bloomfield is also kicking off the second year of the
Bloomfield Community Gardens, comprised of six growing plots at Almon and Agricola. A work party on the plots also happens on Sunday from 1-4pm. A Potato Tower Building Workshop will be offered (for free) at 2pm. If it rains, look for the event in the Multipurpose Room at the Centre.
