Raw Food Rules

Georgia Barnwell, Live Food Educator, hosts foodie course on the theory and nutritional aspects of live food.

Georgia Barnwell is a Live Food Educator. She is all about the benefits of raw food, suggesting that living foods not heated above 118 degrees F & have all their enzymes & nutrients intact are better for us to eat. She promotes the health benefits of staying away from processed foods and the ecological benefits and lower carbon footprint of a Vegan lifestyle. Barnwell is currently hosting workshops on basic and advanced living cuisine, sprouting, and dehydrating, the theory and nutrition behind living foods.
