Mosaic star bartender and mixologist headed to Vancouver

Last week we let readers know that Mosaic Social Dining Lounge will be shutting its doors in April. We have more sad news for the local cocktail scene: Cooper Tardivel has accepted "an amazing opportunity" in Vancouver and will be on his way soon. Stop by Mosaic for one of the Best of Food-winning bartender's signature cocktails before he goes, and you can say you sipped a little bit of art before the master moves to the other coast. We give our congrats to Cooper and offer thanks for the many years of his mixological magic.
