~***~ UNFAIR TO TAXPAYERS ~***~

It figures that some councillors would be against this or not even show up to vote.
In my world if your a PUBLIC EMPLOYEE,( thats what these people are) you should have no secrets from the people that pay your cheque.

But looking at the list its not hard to understand why the people that voted no did it..
