Laptop fixers

To a certain shop that fixes computers: I brought you my laptop to fix. You told me I needed a new hard drive. I said fine, but I'd like the other one back, because my data is on it. What did you do? You lost it. I got upset, but continued to be polite. You said "Well, it's really expensive to get data recovered anyway." What were you implying? Besides, it isn't the point...I entrusted you with it, and you somehow managed to lose it.

You told me you wouldn't charge me for fixing my laptop. I appreciated that and decided I'd mostly just leave it at that. When I went in to pick up my laptop, I realized you never returned my charger. You tried to tell me I never left it, when I know for a fact I did. You became a bit agitated and went off to find me another one, all while still claiming I never gave you mine (I did). I told you that if I do find mine (I won't) that I'd bring this other one back...Even if I do find it (I won't), I definitely won't be bringing it back! You don't have to be so nonchalant. If you make mistakes, apologize! Be careful where you put people's stuff down. Mark it or something. Lucky for me, I found the flash drive with my photos on it, so not all was lost. I never told you that though, because there was no chance I'd give your business a cent! I'm a nice girl. I'm sorry if it bothered you that I was being assertive. Your behaviour when I went to pick up my laptop was ridiculous, especially after how kind and understanding I was toward you. I will not be recommending this place to anyone! —Girl with Laptop
