I think it's a little extreme to put a boot on someone's tire if they park in your parking lot and don't go in your store. Do you have nothing better to do than stare out the window and make sure everyone who parks their damn car outside your store comes in? Get a life.

$100 later I am totally pissed and can tell you I will NEVER shop at your overpriced home decor store again based on this incident. I realize it's your parking lot, but you're going to drive a lot more people away pulling that crap. You've lost a customer, and I'm spreading the word. A ticket? fine. The boot? Over doing it.
