To the lousy pet owners on the second floor of my building that let their baby kitten jump/fall off the balcony not once, but twice.. and then neglected to go look for it, leaving it battered, scared and hungry in the underground parking for a couple hours, or maybe even a couple days.. until two pet lovers found it, gave it some food and water and a comfortable bed to sleep in.. we posted found pet reports everywhere we could and still no answer, are you not worried about this little helpless baby you've left to fend for itself!? SHAME ON YOU! pets are a RESPONSIBILITY not just cute decorations.. you should be ashamed of yourselves..
